Being a Certified Professional Life Coach for over 15 years, she understands Integrative Medicine and the Mind-Body connection, providing a whole-health approach to health wellness for her patients.

At her wellness and acupuncture studio located in Apex, near Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina, NC, she specializes in the treatment of pain, infertility, anxiety, stress, insomnia, headaches, menopause, PTSD, digestive disorders, and fibromyalgia. 

Monica is in-network provider for Cigna, Aetna, Humana and part of the VA CCN providers servicing veterans.
