My Background
Women, like Lotus flowers, grow from different backgrounds, and come in a variety of beautiful colors and shapes. Though we may grow in muddy waters, through currents and rocks, we can all bloom beautifully like a Lotus Flower blooms as it emerges from the water that was drowning her.
I created the Lotus Woman model of coaching after overcoming my own personal childhood and adult traumas.
With over 20 years of experience as a certified life coach and helping hundreds of women achieve their goals and improve their overall life and well-being, I can help you overcome life’s adversities.
My approach is holistic and tailored to each individual woman’s unique needs.

With many years experience working with trauma, it is my aim to help you overcome generational and ancestral entanglements and live your live to your fullest potential.
I walk the path with you to assist you in setting your best mindset, making any necessary changes and achieve your ultimate goals and dreams, offering empowerment and a safe and sacred space for you to bloom. All coaching sessions are available in person and virtually.
